Plateau Chair exhibited at the 2023 NAMM Show in Anaheim, California. The NAMM Show is an annual trade show organized by the National Association of Music Merchants. Plateau Chair was there to showcase and exhibit their lineup of folding height-adjustable chairs. Many of the attendees had never seen a chair with the unique features that Plateau Chair’s products have and were excited to discover them.
The Plateau Chair booth had visitors that were professional musicians, producers, fellow vendors, and attendees from all over the world. Professional musicians found Plateau Chairs offered comfortable portable chair options to sit on while performing. The adjustable seat height made it easy for people to set the chair in a comfortable playing position regardless of the user's size. The footrest on models such as the Encore and Pro let people comfortably support their guitar when playing without a strap. As musicians gave the chairs a try the seat cushioning proved comfortable for extended play.
Attendees who tried Plateau Chairs liked how convenient the Encore model was to carry and fold for storage. For those who required even more portability, the Petite was great as it would fit inside their luggage. Many expressed that they had needed the type of chair Plateau Chair offered for a long time and were excited to finally find a solution to their problems.
While at the NAMM Show, Plateau Chair was introduced to “Solace for Hope” a non-profit organization that supports impacted families due to substance use disorders and mental health challenges. Plateau Chair was able to speak with the founder, Maggie Fleitman, and because we support their mission of grief support, Plateau Chair will be donating chairs to “Solace for Hope” and collaborate with them in the future.
We’d like to thank everyone who took the time to come by our booth at the NAMM Show and shared their thoughts, enthusiasm, and excitement about Plateau Chairs. The positive reaction we received at the show has encouraged us to be present at future NAMM shows moving forward, and we will be back at NAMM 2024 in January!
