How this works: Recommended seat height = Table Height − Ergonomic Gap. The ergonomic gap is calculated from your height (typically 10.6–11.8 in / 27–30 cm). We then find the closest available step for each model and tell you whether it falls within a comfortable range (±1 in / 2.5 cm of ideal).
